1. Use of the App

The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• Misuse or interfere with the App
• Attempt to copy, modify, reverse engineer, or extract source code
• Extract, resell, or redistribute the App's stickers, stamps, papers, or other artwork
• Attempt to circumvent fusen Pro or the purchase system
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

2. What the App Does

fusen shows short notes and checklists on your lock screen as a Live Activity and on your home screen as widgets. Each note has a lifetime and removes itself when that lifetime ends.

iOS limits how long a Live Activity can stay on the lock screen. The App puts your note back when you open it, but it cannot guarantee that a note is visible at every moment. Do not rely on the App for anything critical, such as medication timing or safety reminders.

3. Your Notes

Your notes belong to you and stay on your device. You are responsible for what you write. A note on the lock screen can be read by anyone who can see your phone.

4. fusen Pro and Payments

• The free version includes one paper, three notes, and a set of free stickers and stamps. fusen Pro unlocks all papers, fonts, stickers, and stamps, and unlimited notes.
• fusen Pro is sold as a one-time lifetime purchase or as a yearly subscription, where offered.
• Subscriptions auto-renew through the Apple App Store unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's App Store account settings.
• Pricing, refunds, and cancellation are governed by Apple. We do not handle billing directly.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, its stickers, stamps, papers, and characters, its branding, and the underlying software are owned by or licensed to AlphaAware and protected by copyright and other laws. You may share screenshots of your own notes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the artwork outside the App without written permission.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• A note will always be visible on the lock screen or in a widget
• Notes will never be lost, for example after deleting the App or changing devices
• The App will meet your individual needs or expectations

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaAware is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of your use of the App, including loss of notes or a missed task or reminder.

8. Termination

We may suspend, modify, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time without notice. Your purchase rights with Apple are preserved as Apple's terms provide.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence. Any disputes will be resolved in a reasonable jurisdiction under those laws.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be highlighted in the App or on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
